I cannot recommend this dealer enough. The day before I came in, I had just lost my dad. I was trying to help my mom by finding a fair deal to offload his car, and I was completely exhausted and emotional. Walking into Hawk Auto in that state, I braced myself for stress, but instead, I was met with kindness, patience, and compassion. Francisco and the entire team went above and beyond. I never once felt pressured or like someone was taking advantage of me. They worked hard to do everything they could, and they made one of the hardest moments of my life a little easier. Even the small gestures stood out, like Ibrahim giving my nephew a “1 of 1” drawing that he proudly hung in his room. It was genuine, thoughtful, and human. I left not only with a fair deal, but with deep gratitude. Thanks to their honesty and care, I’ll always remember this experience.
