After my first brand new Jeep broke down the 1st time I drove it to work, they went above & beyond to make things right. They dropped off a loaner car the next morning. They replaced that Jeep with a brand new one that was even better. I was so happy I made them cookies.
Service Department was excellent, 5 stars. But I made the mistake of asking "How much is my car worth?" Within 45 minutes I had a total of 8 emails, texts and phone calls from numerous salespeople that REALLY TURNED ME OFF. No way in hell will I buy a vehicle from Hawk Auto!
customer service was terrible. wouldn't give me a 2nd key fob. advertised navigation but didn't have a chip for me. called thek out on their bull and they proceeded to ignore me until I got a high end manager to help. he still made excuses for the salesman and his actions. csr had misaligned hood when I bought it. advertised no accidents but sure looks like an accident from photos taken before auction. horrible experience.

Absolutely terrible service. My vehicle has had an airbag recall for nearly a year, and I’ve been calling every month waiting for the part. When it finally arrived, they scheduled my recall appointment and my wife took the entire day off work to bring the car in. We arrived only to be told they had given my ordered part away to someone else. Completely unacceptable, especially for a safety recall. Terrible communication and zero respect for our time. I would not recommend Hawk Jeep Chrysler for service or purchasing a vehicle.

I scheduled my service appointment two weeks in advance for an oil leak, Auto Start/Stop warning, tire rotation, and a recall repair.
While I understand repairs can be expensive and rental availability during a holiday weekend was limited, my disappointment was with the lack of communication. Over several days, I made numerous phone calls, visited the dealership multiple times, and repeatedly received promises of callbacks that either never came or came too late to provide any useful information. Brought in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee for a check engine light - had debated between Hawk or taking it to a local mechanic. This experience at Hawk could not have been better. Ann Marie Sedlacek was my service advisor - she immediately knew what the issue was and found that it was covered by a Jeep recall, which never would have happened at a local mechanic. Can't say more positive things about my experience at Hawk and Ann Marie!

Be careful if buying used!!! I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass from Benjamin T. at Hawk CDJ in Forest Park. Less than 30 minutes after leaving the dealership, the vehicle displayed a low oil pressure warning and shortly after began making loud engine noises and shaking. I stopped driving it, documented the issue, and contacted the salesman the next morning as they were already closed by the time I left.
