I spoke to Denis because of an incident I experience during a service. Denis’ customer service dropped almost immediately and the whole conversation was hostile. He is very insensitive towards customer needs and is not solution oriented. I’ve had two conversations and both have left me anxious and upset. He will speak over you and downplay the situation. I don’t want to get into the details here.
From the beginning, Alex was very helpful, listened to my wants and needs, and made recommendations based on his knowledge and understanding. After a few complications along the way, Alex and Teddy were able to help me achieve what I was looking for, and I walked away as a very happy customer. I really appreciate their patience, professionalism, and willingness to help make everything work.

After my first brand new Jeep broke down the 1st time I drove it to work, they went above & beyond to make things right. They dropped off a loaner car the next morning. They replaced that Jeep with a brand new one that was even better. I was so happy I made them cookies.
Service Department was excellent, 5 stars. But I made the mistake of asking "How much is my car worth?" Within 45 minutes I had a total of 8 emails, texts and phone calls from numerous salespeople that REALLY TURNED ME OFF. No way in hell will I buy a vehicle from Hawk Auto!
customer service was terrible. wouldn't give me a 2nd key fob. advertised navigation but didn't have a chip for me. called thek out on their bull and they proceeded to ignore me until I got a high end manager to help. he still made excuses for the salesman and his actions. csr had misaligned hood when I bought it. advertised no accidents but sure looks like an accident from photos taken before auction. horrible experience.

Absolutely terrible service. My vehicle has had an airbag recall for nearly a year, and I’ve been calling every month waiting for the part. When it finally arrived, they scheduled my recall appointment and my wife took the entire day off work to bring the car in. We arrived only to be told they had given my ordered part away to someone else. Completely unacceptable, especially for a safety recall. Terrible communication and zero respect for our time. I would not recommend Hawk Jeep Chrysler for service or purchasing a vehicle.
